Prevention of Periodontal disease

How can you prevent periodontal disease?

  • Avoid using tobacco.
  • Eat a proper well balanced diet.
  • Ask your dentist if you need cleaning and get your teeth cleaned professionally at least twice a year.

In addition to the aforementioned, make sure that you visit your dentist for a check-up every six months. Regular check-ups are the best way to maintain the health of your teeth and gums.

If you don’t start out the day with a smile, it’s not too late to start practicing for tomorrow.
