I have this professional relationship with Dr Amy Norman since at least 15 years, she actually did my full mouth reconstruction done and she is my personal dentist as well, she also teaches courses at LVI. I wish all my dentists are like her.

That’s hard to say, she is good at everything. She is very thorough with everything. I think at this stage of the game it would be just practicing dentistry more years. We are all evolving, I am at that stage and she is at that stage as well. We are always open to improvement.

I know she’s very highly regarded in terms of patient profile and her patient response is to her practice are very high in the area. In fact she won an award locally for a kind of Seattle’s area for area’s favorite dentist. So a lot of positive comments from her patients! She’s an LVI instructor which is a high honor I believe and in fact LVI has chosen her and it says a lot about her. I’ve interacted with her socially on a number of occasions and I find her very very warm, caring, a high integrity person personally. I’m familiar that she built a brand new office here about a year and half ago. Very state of the art facility, very very high technology, leading edge which tells me she’s going to invest in her equipment and the facility to the highest level. And I thought her clinically she’s in very good hands when I observed her clinically and work with her team and during her LVI course, it was very clear that she was very competent and very proficient, technically very good. And then I’ve known here prior to LVI-knew her in a former study club back in about 10 to 11 years ago, so I’ve known her for probably 12 years and I think she’s very well respected, very leading-edge, as far as performing high level, kind of advanced dentistry as developed a strong reputation with her community, I think, a top notch dentist.

She’s finished her core curriculum. She’s a clinical instructor in LVIF I believe she’s in process of completing at so for her I think it’s a matter of getting more and more experienced at advance neuromuscular cases so I’d hope that she’d be on a trajectory to complete her mastership at LVI. And all improve with that level of experienced teaching and it’ll make her a much much better clinician I think.

What did you have done?

I have had different things done over the years and I ended up on getting my teeth straightened, did some veneers and replaced some crowns, so I had a lot of work done on my teeth, I also had a greatest ever hygienist there that taught me a lot as how to keep my gums healthier.

I would say that she has a lot of energy, she’s smart, she gives good suggestion on things I would not have thought about doing and I didn’t know that could be done, all I have are good things to say about her, I would recommend her to anyone,

What did you have done?

I know her may be 4 years, I don’t usually give 10’s to anybody but I would give her 10 and if there was a higher number than that I would have given her that. She is very superior dentist that I have; she has done my work since last four years. She is superb, what I would consider is she and her staff is very service oriented, I have forgotten the note which is exactly for and about her service but she and her staff are adequately deployed to support her service. I initially went in to see about veneers and we were inquiring as to doing a whole mouth restoration of veneers, caps etc and ultimately I had a year and half of invisalign work done and then a whole mouth restoration of caps, porcelain caps and veneers, so I have the full meal deal in regards to teeth,

Can you tell me more about your story, why you chose Dr. Norman, and if there is anything about her that is noteworthy?

Going back to 4-5 years ago, at the time when I was doing pretty well and I was in beginning of my leap 50’s, I had a front tooth that was needing a lot of work and I knew that at some point I am going to have to have a cap and I didn’t want that chick look on that one tooth or worse the front two, so I went to see a number of dentists orthodontists as well because they all kept saying that my teeth are mis-shaped and mis-located enough over the years and my teeth started to yellow some and all that, I just didn’t want to do that because of my age, I thought I was too old, I had seen some 3- or 40 years people doing it but not 50 years people, and one day I decided, you know what, I talked to my wife and she wanted to get hers done, she is 10 years younger than I and I said, you know what, I am too, so we decided to go to wherever the prettiest teeth that we know of and we’d fly to los Angeles or wherever the best dentist does this kind of work. We went to the internet and shopped into the internet about a day or two and top of the list was Amy Norman’s office in Everett, Washington, we live about 20 minutes away and we went in, we interviewed her, very were very serious and we were looking for the very best, and just because of manners and her staff’s attention, she had a number of photographs of other patients of what they look like before and after, there was just something about her that rang with integrity and quality and the chemistry between us was excellent and after about two or three weeks, my wife and I committed a total teeth redo and we absolutely loved what ultimately happened,.

Oh, she has a beautiful office and I would rate it very high, imagine how can you deduct anything even the view from the chair is superb so I would have to give her a 10, she is excellent and her office is wonderful.

Almost so caring for somebody that independent as I am it’s pleasantly annoying, she is so follow up, they are constantly sending us emails in addition to emailing for service notices, phoning us in advance, she also sends out a frequent newsletter, she also sends out information on health you might want to check on your health this way or that way, she goes even outside of her most specific focus just because that’s the way she is, she goes beyond her scope of work and taking care of us, it’s a truly a family affair. Oh, lovely, superb, warm, very polite every way, all of that kinds of things, that’s her style.

I think I am in love with it, I don’t know how to compare, may be other dentists would be better to look at her work on me and others to make that judgment but I see absolutely no flaws at all in what she has done, NONE! And I have had this her work and living with that since two years and there is not one thing that I would have her redo, not one single thing!!

In spite of given 10 I am referring others, I pass her cards out and again I don’t pass out anybody’s cards and I pass hers out because I am pickled with results, when you are so excited about something and you know this is extraordinary so you just can’t keep it to yourself and that’s what she’s provided, I can’t imagine of anybody, as far away is movie dentists in Hollywood being able to provide anything near what she’s done.

Oh, I am a person that all my life did not take novacanes, now I do not like needles and so people drilled my teeth even crowns and I took no novacane, so I am kind of a tough guy and she insisted that I take novacane for my work, I said no I don’t like needles and she put me completely at ease and (I think it was 2 or 3 times that I needed to take a detning and other pills that were required) patient comfort was at top of her list.

Oh, she’d got well trained staff, they follow up, even the cleaning, the dental hygienist follows up after the cleaning if you can believe it, what staff who do you know that does that and that’s what her staff does and she calls me personally from time to time whenever she does something which is kind of medical or dental kind of work like on my teeth, she calls me herself personally not just her staff. I am just absolutely delighted and I can’t believe it, I am probably sounding overdoing this but she is just a superior talent.

Well, I don’t know, even a candle in a dark room shows out a lot of light, I believe her knowledge is incredible, tell you what, I am an engineer and I have many questions and I knew technically what she was doing because we spent to much time together over the four years now, in particular the first two years in straightening my teeth and having the procedure of all the veneers put on, she just loaded me down to detailed answers of everything to each one of my questions, I didn’t think that there is an end to her knowledge, and some people are smart and other people are bright She Is Both, she is extremely bright, very quick with it and again she is also very smart. Unusual!

She was very through in that, very upfront and able to show performance, I was looking for performance not bargain, I bargained what I got, we went over $100,000.00 (me and my wife) in our dental procedure with Dr Amy Norman and I think I have not paid her enough.

Oh, don’t you think so? Of course I would recommend her, I already do, , I pass her cards out, I refer as many people as I can do as she is a very special person – she happens to be a dentist!

I do almost every couple of weeks to somebody, I would recommend anybody who can go to her.

oh, I am at loss, I wouldn’t be able to recommend anything, again, how do you more are on perfection, she has really figured this thing out, her business model is excellent, I am a businessman as well and her model is excellent she’s probably got the staff who have done specialization in what they do, I just don’t know anyway how to improve this, she is really right on it, I am at a loss to tell you, I wouldn’t presume as to how to improve her business and her.

She has music, audiovisual and DVD and those of things, she has all figured out, I would love to hear the outcome of this interview know that she is best, a month ago she was awarded as a best dentist, she is giant among her peers, she was awarded as the best dentist in the area and all three local TV stations showed this, she was voted as number 1 best dentist, the best favorite dentist in western Washington, I am not a guy who gives all 10, I am very particular and I can’t hold myself give her all tens. I do have a very digital mind and she scores perfect to win across the board anyhow she would win a gold medal in Olympics of dentistry.

What did you have done?

I had all of my crowns replaced on the upper portion of my mouth. I think there were ten of them plus an implant.

Can you tell me more about your story, why you chose Dr. Norman, and if there is anything about her that is noteworthy?

Well, my story is kind of unique because she had done on work on a lady who was a radio personality in the Edward area and I had heard her on the radio; the lady’s name was Stephanie Rose and she would talk about her dental experiences on the radio every time the next morning after she had an appointment the day before. I just thought that was a really cool office that she just felt very relax. Then I had the opportunity to see her at a concert. I was standing back from her watching and she turned her head and she smiled and it was O’ My God, I want her dentist to replace my crown. Her whole face just radiated. I’ve been went to the dentists since I was 13 trying to save my teeth so I am very familiar with the dentists’ office and the staff, I just could say that her smile was just awesome and I thought that I want that lady to do mine. Then I broke a crown and so my journey began, it was sometime in 2008. I went in and saw Dr Norman and I fell in love with the office. I can’t explain it but you don’t feel like you are walking into a dentists’ office, it’s just a very unique feeling that I got walking into that office. I just had this feeling that I knew that my mouth health is going to be taken care of. Yeah, I never experienced that before.
