I have been a patient of Dr. Kerbs for about 9 years. I live in Riverside, and I drive to Escondido to see him. That should tell you how highly I think of him. I have had Cosmetic Dentistry (veneers), root canals, and have changed all my silver fillings to porcelain fillings by Dr. Kerbs over the years. What was amazing was that, when I had my root canal done by him, he actually called me that night to see if I am OK! I was shocked! Which dentist would do this? Then I realized that he calls all his patients for all procedures each night! My teeth, not only look beautiful now, but they also look very natural. No one can tell that I have had cosmetic dentistry done. Everyone always complements me on my teeth, and I always refer them all to him. I recommend him to anyone I see. When I rub my tongue on my crowns and veneers, they all feel very natural, and smooth. I actually used to grind my teeth, and when I'd floss, the floss would shred into pieces. Now, not only I do not grind my teeth any longer, but I can floss my teeth very easily, and they are so nice and smooth, that the floss no longer shreds. This is better than what I had in the first place.

I love visiting his office. It is a very comfortable environment. I have never felt pressured to have a procedure done in his office. He always recommends things to me, gives me options, explains the pros and cons to me, the step by step process and I make the decisions. This tells me that he is honest and straightforward, which is what I highly value.

I love the fact that him, his staff and his office are so up to date. I have seen his journey. I really feel like I am getting the most up to date treatment from him. For me, he is the best dentist. My family and all my friends now go to him. And we all love him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kerbs for over 5 years. I originally found him online. I did not know what to look for really, and I am glad that a resource such as Top3dentists is now available to help patients in this search process. I went for consultations to him and a few other dentists. He was not the cheapest, nor was he the most expensive. But I felt the most comfortable with him, and felt that he could do the best job for me. I also chose him based on the different recommendations that his patients had given to him, as well as his before and after photos. Although I have to admit, I did not know what is better than another, and I had no idea that dentists can actually buy these before and after photos and put them on their website or in their office.

One other thing that I really liked about Dr. Kerbs was the fact that when he was treatment planning my case, I made the decisions. He was not pushy at all, I felt no pressure. He educated me, gave me options, and told me about the risks vs. rewards. This is one of the reasons why I feel so comfortable referring all my friends and family to him.

About 4 years ago, I decided to have cosmetic dentistry done. I had all my upper teeth veneered by Dr. Kerbs, and had him change all my old silver filings to porcelain ones. Now I only go in for routine cleaning every six months. He definitely met my expectations. And I am a tough customer to please, I have to tell you. We chose the colors, shape and style of my veneers together. I really appreciated this process, because he listened to me and my needs and used his own expertise, to make it absolutely gorgeous.

Now my teeth feel really smooth and natural. No one can tell I had cosmetic dentistry done. And in my opinion, this is the best type of cosmetic dentistry, when it is natural enough that no one can tell! When I floss, my floss goes through smoothly, and it pulls out smoothly as well. My bite feels perfect, actually much better than my own natural teeth.

Dr. Kerbs' chair side manner is just fabulous.

I had very bad teeth. My father had dentures at a very young age and I was told that I would be following his footsteps as well. I had rheumatic fever at a young age, and that made me prone to having an comprisable situation. I was told that by the age 30, I should expect to have no teeth. Now I am 47, and still have all my teeth, in perfect health. Needless to say, I had a bad attitude toward dentists and lots of baggage. I would say, I was standoffish! They all used to blame and judge me.

This all changed back in November of 2000. That was when I met Dr. Kerbs. I remember this because of the impact he has made in my life in many different aspects. I was in the process of massive reconstructions and surgeries at that time. I was told that I need to have gum surgery that was going to cost me in excess of $4000 at that time prior to having anything else done. That was when I found Dr. Kerbs. I went to see him, and he told me that he will be able to help me. I realized he is not the same as all these other dentists. He was not there to judge me, to put me down, or to put my teeth down. I felt like he genuinely cared. He told me that I can keep my teeth but it depends on me. He made me feel better about myself and about my teeth. I did not feel hopeless and helpless any longer!

I also have to tell you, I am a gagger, so it is very hard for any dentist to work with me! And Dr. Kerbs has been the best! He is so nice, understanding and caring, that he has made me feel super comfortable when he works in my mouth.

When I look back, I remember, that I had no faith in my teeth. I had a tooth that I was told that needed a root canal. The endodontist had told me that I SHOULD have a root canal on this tooth, otherwise it would not be savable. Dr. Kerbs told me that he'll not do the root canal yet, because he was not CONVINCED! This was 9 years ago, and not only he was able to save my tooth, but I did not have to have a root canal on this tooth!

Last year, I decided to have some cosmetic dentistry done, and get some veneers on my teeth. You know, I had braces as a child, so my teeth were straight, and I had my teeth whitened, but I was not happy with the way they looked. So I decided to have some veneers. He was not pushy about it at all. He explained the process very thoroughly, he gave me the pros and cons of veneers, and I decided to have them done. What a great decision. I love my teeth now even more. I love taking care of my teeth now. I am proud of my teeth and my smile. And all this is because I found him by chance.

A year after Dr. Kerbs started working on my teeth, my husband decided to go see him as well. He is the most impressed with him. This is why we always refer all of our friends, neighbors, co-workers and family to Dr. Kerbs.

My husband and I actually joke about him, that he is a perfectionist. He did our crowns and inlays on our back teeth, and he will keep us in the chair until he KNOWS that things are just PERFECT. At times I tell him, it is good enough. But he says "not for me!".

I also appreciate the fact that he has a state of the art practice. And I believe this is how he was able to keep my mouth healthy! He is always studying and taking the best courses to be able to provide his patients with the best.

Now i have cleanings every 2 months. I have my nightguard that I wear every night to protect my teeth, and I get oral cancer screening everytime I go in (the nicest part is that he only charges me for this once a year) I love my smile now, they look natural, no one can tell they are veneers, nor do they believe it when I tell them. This is why I want to make sure I put all my efforts into saving and keeping my teeth forever.
